We appreciate patient feedback to maintain a high quality medical service. We encourage you to either telephone or write to the Practice Manager, or speak with your doctor to express your feedback or suggestions for improvement. You can submit feedback in writing using our online feedback form.

If you have a complaint you would like dealt with outside of Crafter Health, you can lodge a complaint against a specific doctor through the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
